Annual Organizational Behaviour Case Competition

January 18 to January 20, 2018

The Organizational Behaviour Case Competition (OBCC) is an annual case competition organized by the Human Resources Student Association (HRSA) from the Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University. As Canada’s largest OB-focused competition, the OBCC unites students and faculty of the top business schools in the country, along with distinguished industry leaders, to explore and tackle a challenging OB case that occurs in today’s business world.

WELCOME

The Human Resources Student Association (HRSA) is a non-profit, student run organization at the Ted Rogers School of Management, dedicated to facilitating the exchange of information between students, alumni, academics, industry experts, professional associations/designated bodies and our business partners.

Our Three Pillars

SOCIAL
The HRSA connects hundreds of students and industry professionals with our partners. We connect students to like-minded individuals across the city and help foster meaningful relationships.
ACADEMIC

The HRSA provides students with the opportunity to learn about HR outside of the classroom, through information sessions and workshops, therefore bridging the gap between the classroom and careers.

PROFESSIONAL

The HRSA hosts numerous events to help students personally develop while gaining insight on the industry through networking sessions, an annual dinner gala, a national case competition and many more.

Without our partners, we wouldn’t be where we are today. Thank you.
