The Human Resources Student Association (HRSA) is a non-profit, student run organization at the Ted Rogers School of Management, dedicated to facilitating the exchange of information between students, alumni, academics, industry experts, professional associations/designated bodies and our business partners.

Our Three Pillars

The HRSA connects hundreds of students and industry professionals with our partners. We connect students to like-minded individuals across the city and help foster meaningful relationships.

The HRSA provides students with the opportunity to learn about HR outside of the classroom, through information sessions and workshops, therefore bridging the gap between the classroom and careers.


The HRSA hosts numerous events to help students personally develop while gaining insight on the industry through networking sessions, an annual dinner gala, a national case competition and many more.
